Construction

Once the planning, environmental analysis, design and ownership are in place, construction of the first phase of the facilities can begin. Construction of Phase I will likely take a full construction season and is very dependent on when funds become available and construction and procurement contracts are issued. Phase I will include:

Paved access road in the southern area

Paved parking lot with lighting in the southern area

Enclosed 20- to 30-passenger transit facility with restrooms (includes heating and lighting)

Utility extensions (i.e., telephone or fiber optic cable and electrical lines)
