Group E: Ingra Street between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue
Northbound traffic on Ingra Street frequently does not stop for westbound traffic on 3rd Avenue.
The right turn radius on Ingra Street north to 4th Avenue east is too small.
Striped shoulder is used as a travel lane by some motorists
Possible Modifications
Option 1
3rd Avenue and Ingra Street
Increase the stop sign size and add a "stop ahead" sign for the northbound approach
Construct new curb line along the northbound approach next to the traveled lanes on both sides of the road
Install rumble strips separating the southern most lane of 3rd Avenue west of Ingra Street or a median separating southern lane from the rest of the traffic
4th Avenue and Ingra Street
Install inlaid radius striping for the inside northbound right-turn lane
Increase curb radius on southeast corner
Add a curb bulb on the southwest corner
Provide better signage depicting the northbound lane configurations
Possible Modifications
Option 2
Construction: TBD
