PROJECT NOTES
DOWL HKM provided a range of services for this project entailing the construction of a 13,069 square foot, two-story collaborative learning center with associated paved driveways, parking areas, sidewalks and landscaping. DOWL HKM was responsible for providing the wetlands delineation, survey, geotechnical investigations, planning, civil design, site layout and utilities design and coordination, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and construction administration.
