PROJECT NOTES
The scope of DOWL HKM's services included a topographic and boundary survey, geotechnical investigation, platting, public meetings and presentations, ordinance preparation (including bulk variance, vacations, and zoning amendment), traffic and parking planning assistance, schematic design, civil design development, civil construction documents, water and sewer mainline extension design and permitting, certified plot plan, storm water pollution prevention plan, permit assistance, engineering services during construction, preparation of traffic control (work safe zone) plans record drawings, and record plot plans.
In conjunction with the design and construction of the convention center, DOWL HKM provided planning and design services in support of the mixed use office/parking garage and associated improvements along F Street to create an elevated pedestrian corridor.
