DOWL HKM was responsible for geotechnical, civil design, landscape design, permitting, construction inspection and testing for the 215,000 square foot, three-story hospital with associated paved driveways, parking areas, sidewalks, utilities, and landscaping. In addition,
DOWL HKM also designed the water service line and storm water management system. DOWL HKM prepared and submitted the Traffic Impact Analysis and driveway applications for the three new site driveways.
