"I am personally and professionally excited about the merger. Not just because the resulting firm is bigger, stronger, and deeper. My enthusiasm is based on the fact that I get to work with an expanded talent pool on new and exciting projects, in new regions and with new clients. The numbers need to add up, of course, but the real value of this merger must be measured on the personal level, not on the balance sheet."
